Certificates

For each model and equipment we manufacture, a Certificate of Conformity is issued based on our shims/test blocks. and internal processes.

We offer, with additional charge, ILAC/OAA traceability certification for electronic units, or Certifications of traceability/calibration of equipment and shims/test blocks by external laboratories (INTI-SAC).

Calibration Certificates for hardness test blocks

This type of certificate is issued by laboratories accredited by INTI-SAC in the magnitude of hardness, they comply with international methodology standardized by ISO/IEC 17025, providing documentary and methodological traceability.

The certificate verifies the hardness value of the hardness test blocks in the corresponding hardness magnitude and the test documentation is issued with its traceability.

Calibration of hardness test blocks can only be carried out in the hardness magnitudes for which the laboratory is accredited.

Certificate with Traceability for QH durometers

This certification is carried out in the internal DMQ laboratory where the durometer is verified against hardness test blocks calibrated with a reference durometer certified by laboratories accredited by INTI-SAC.

The instrument certificate consists of carrying out measurements on hardness test blocks verified by instruments certified by external laboratories and in this way obtaining documentary traceability.

The traceability certificate describes the readings obtained in the calibration process and is accompanied by the documentation corresponding to the calibration of the traceable instrument used for said certification.

Certificate of Conformity for QH hardness testers

In certification, a series of hardness measurements are carried out to verify the calibration and correct condition of the instrument to be used and ensure compliance with the equipment specifications.

For certification, a series of secondary hardness test blocks are used that were verified with instruments calibrated by accredited laboratories.

This type of certification does not include calibration documentation of the control instrument with which the internal hardness test blocks were verified.

Calibration Certificates for calibration shims/test blocks

This type of certificate is issued by external laboratories accredited by ILAC/OAA, which comply with international methodology standardized by ISO/IEC 17025, providing documentary and methodological traceability.

The certificate involves verifying the thickness of the reference shims/test blocks used for calibration and the issuance of documentation with the corresponding traceability.

Certificate with Traceability for QB thickness gauges

This certification consists of verifying with the instrument the magnitude of the thickness against shims/test blocks that were calibrated by laboratories accredited by ILAC/OAA.

Verification of the instrument consists of carrying out measurements on reference shims/test blocks certified by external accredited laboratories and in this way obtaining documentary traceability.

The Certificate with Traceability describes the readings obtained in the certification process and is delivered accompanied by documentation of the calibration of the shims/test blocks that were used for said certification.
