The speed meters of the QSV Series are ideal for determining type (gray / nodular) and percentage of nodularity in foundries, as well as identifying different materials.
This procedure requires knowing the thickness of the piece, which can be entered into the equipment manually or by means of a gauge to speed up the measurement.

DMQ interface to connect digital caliper
Streamline your measurements and ensure reliable values by connecting a caliper to your QSV incorporating the DMQ interface cable to enter the thickness of the piece to be measured, a necessary parameter for calculating the ultrasonic velocity.
We have DMQ connection interfaces for InSize and Mitutoyo digital calipers.

Optionally, we offer Certificates with traceability for electronic unit:
Certificate with ILAC/OAA traceability
Certificate that is made based on calibration blocks or instruments certified by the ILAC/OAA laboratory. A copy of the traceable certificates is attached to the Certificate with Traceability.
